Arzu Shams, LPC-S (she/her)

Owner & Therapist

Arzu is an affirming, culturally competent clinician who works with adults of all ages. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and Master of Science in Counseling from The University of North Texas. Arzu has a wide range of experience from working in the school, hospital, and non-profit sectors. She has training in Crisis Intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, CBT for Insomnia, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and is a Phases 1 & 2 trained Brainspotting Practitioner. Arzu enjoys blending Parts Work, Intuitive Eating, and Mindfulness approaches into her therapeutic work. While she works with a wide range of presenting concerns, her primary areas of focus include: trauma/C-PTSD, phobias, perfectionism, OCPD/OCD, grief, relationship/attachment dynamics, communication skills, boundary setting, career issues, life transitions, body image/self esteem, and interpersonal growth.

Lyndsey Perry, LPC, NCC (she/her)

Therapist

Lyndsey is an affirming, culturally competent clinician who works with adults of all ages. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at Tyler. Lyndsey has experience working with a variety of individuals ranging in diversity, age, culture, and complexity of presenting issues from her time in the non-profit sector. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT for Insomnia, and Brainspotting Phases 1 & 2. Lyndsey has also obtained specialty training in Infertility from the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She enjoys blending elements of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into her work. Though Lyndsey is equipped to work with a wide range of issues, her primary areas of focus include: social anxiety, infertility, body image, self-worth/esteem, life transitions, identity issues, communication issues, relationship/attachment dynamics, career issues, and personal growth.

Jenna Bingham, LCSW (she/her)

Therapist

Jenna is an affirming, culturally competent clinician who works with adults of all ages. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Harding University and a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Tennesee. Jenna has experience working with a variety of individuals ranging in diversity, age, culture, and complexity of presenting issues from her time in the non-profit sector. She has training in Brainspotting Phase 1 and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She enjoys blending elements of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into her work. Though Jenna is equipped to work with a wide range of issues, her primary areas of focus include: body image, self-worth/esteem, college students, life transitions, communication issues, relationship/attachment dynamics, career issues, parenting issues, complex family dynamics, grief, boundary setting, disordered eating, and personal growth.

Gabriella Lieto, LPC-Associate (she/her)

Gabriella is an affirming, culturally competent clinician who works with adolscents aged 16-18 and adults of all ages. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Methodist University, with a concentration in Trauma Treatment and Addictions. Gabriella has experience working with a variety of individuals ranging in diversity, age, culture, and complexity of presenting issues. She has training in CBT for Insomnia and Trauma-Focused Therapy. She enjoys blending Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her therapeutic work. Though Gabriella is equipped to work with a range of issues, her primary areas of focus include: anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship/attachment dynamics, single parents, OCD, and pregnancy/miscarriages.
