It's a different world right now. Most of you are not used to being restricted and confined to your home, and add to that increased worry and stress about health, finances, job security, etc. If you are finding yourself experiencing increased muscle tension linked with anxiety/stress, I highly recommend this 15 minute exercise for relief:



Tips for an ideal experience:

  • Find a quiet place

  • Lay comfortably on your back with hands and legs uncrossed

  • Set the mood (dim the lights, add some scent if you desire)
