COVID munchies have you making repeat visits to your pantry and refrigerator? You're not alone. The biggest complaint I hear from clients, friends, and family is the increased compulsion to be eating throughout the day. The shelter in order has definitely put a dent in our routines and no doubt affected many of our daily habits.
If you want to create some healthier eating habits, I highly recommend learning more about intuitive eating. It is an amazing practice that allows for balanced, healthy habits. What sets intuitive eating apart from "diets" is that it actually promotes having a healthy relationship with food, something that dieting does not allow. Intuitive eating teaches you how to trust and listen to your body's natural eating cues, and to let go of restricting, shaming, and all other negative associations that come with the "dieting mentality".
Intuitive eating is a lifestyle choice, and perfect for anyone looking to feel more balanced and happy about food.
