Jin Shin Jyutsu: An Ancient Healing Art

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that encourages mind-body healing through the use of releasing tension in blocked pathways in our bodies. While there is a lot more to Jin Shin than what I am sharing today, I wanted to provide a video that demonstrates some self-help strategies you can practice on your own. This strategy is a great one to add to your coping toolbox as it can be practiced anywhere, and only requires 1-2 minutes of your time.
